Creating opportunities by staying true to yourself online webinar
Everyone tells us to network in Finland. However, how does that actually work? Is it showing up, talking to a lot of people, collecting LinkedIn profiles? What if networking could be simplified? Simplified by using your own goals, dreams, and personality to guide you towards those who wish to collaborate with you?
Join Lidiia and Joppe to discuss how to create opportunities, staying true to yourself.
About Joppe
Joppe has lived and worked in Finland now for more than 10 years, is part of a local art community and organises the community event Help Me Help You. He has worked as a recruiter, Chief of happiness, and career counselor and done countless workshops on networking for opportunities for both foreigners as well as for Fins. Now he has his own company called Artiqula where he helps companies to locate and re-engage disengaged employees.
He always says 'Finland is as close as you can get to heaven' and works hard to help others have the same experience

Interview Mock Session
Would you like to practice your interviewing skills and learn from others? Welcome to our Interview Mock Session! In this session, one volunteer will practice answering interview questions while the rest of the group listens, learns, and reflects on how they would respond to the same questions.
This is a safe and supportive space where we aim to grow and improve together. To make the most of this session, we follow these key principles:
Respect – Everyone's experiences and perspectives are valuable. We listen actively and support each other.
Constructive Feedback – Feedback should be kind, specific, and focused on growth.
Confidentiality – What is shared in the session stays in the session.
Active Participation – Even if you’re not the one being interviewed, think about how you would answer and take notes for future improvement.
To keep the discussion meaningful and private, this workshop is limited to 30 participants.
Important: To volunteer, tick the box in the registration form. If multiple people sign up, priority will be given to the first registrant. This workshop is for job seekers located in Finland.
All the seats are now booked. In our Get Your Dream Job in Finland course, we will help everyone who gets an interview prepare for it 1:1. There will also be a group mock session. To join the course, click here.

ATS Q&A session with Leo Heydon Lancelot Johansson-Stockford
Job seekers in Finland often wonder: How can I create a CV that passes ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) without being rejected? Questions like "Are Canva-designed CVs ATS-friendly?" or "Should I hide keywords in invisible text to get noticed?" are common in career conversations.
But where does this advice come from? Workshops, career coaches, or services targeting job seekers—not recruiters. In fact, have you ever heard a Finnish recruiter say, "Our ATS automatically rejects candidates"?
To clear up the confusion, we are diving into this topic with an expert recruiter. Together, we’ll explore what ATS systems really do, debunk myths, and share actionable tips to help you stand out—without resorting to invisible keywords.
Join us for the ATS Q&A session with Leo Heydon Lancelot Johansson-Stockford.
