Niina Mäenpää
I work as an organizational psychologist, having a background in HR, organizational leadership development, and recruitment. Five years ago, I moved to Luxembourg with my family, so I’m living abroad while working extensively in Finland with international talents and their spouses. I am a qualified work and occupational healthcare psychologist.
I also work as an organizational psychologist, and we both are relocation psychologists due to our work with international talents and their spouses. I’m currently in Spain, where I moved a bit more than four years ago by myself. My background is in in-house HR, and I have spent my entire career working with people. I am a qualified work and occupational healthcare psychologist.
